Grape salad is the perfect fruit salad with a dessert-like flavor. Topped with crunchy pecans and brown sugar, anyone who tries this will be blown away!
To start, soften the cream cheese. You can take it out an hour before or place the sealed package in a bowl of warm water and it'll be ready in 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, grab a hand mixer and cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add in granulated sugar and beat a little more. Then, pour in vanilla extract and beat until everything is well combined.
Allow the dressing to sit for a little while you wash and dry your grapes.
Once that is finished in a bowl add grapes into the dressing. Mix well. Then, toss in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and fold them into the grape salad.
Lastly, garnish with the remaining brown sugar and chopped pecans and serve.
