To start, pat the pork chops dry. Then, set up a breading station, flour station, and egg wash station.
Dip both sides into the flour then shake off the excess. Next, into the egg wash and then into the breading. Cover the pork chop well then set to the side. Do all the pork chops before starting.
In a frying pan add vegetable oil and heat to about 300-325F. Use a thermometer if one is available. This is a perfect temp for a crispy coasting and to allow the chops to cook through fully.
Place the chops in and when you notice browning on the sides flip them. Cook the chops until golden brown. Each chop should take 3-5 minutes to cook through. If you see a golden crust before that the heat is too high.
