Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 lemon, squeezed (sub with 2 TB white vinegar)
  • 1 rib celery, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, boil the potatoes until they are fork tender. Then, allow them to rest a little so that you can handle them to peel the skin. Or you could peel the skin beforehand, whichever works for you.
  • Now, in a bowl add the potatoes then add in the vinegar or lemon just and stir the potatoes.
  • Next, add in the mayo, mustard, chopped dill, minced celery and sugar. Mix everything together until combined.
  • Lastly, begin to add salt and black pepper to taste. Once the recipe is finished you are ready to serve or cover it and allow it to sit in the fridge and serve later.
