To start, remove the pork chops from the package and pat them dry. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Prep the veggies.
Now, mix the cream of mushroom and chicken.
Fold the veggies and half the mix of the cream of mushroom and chicken together. Spread the rest across the bottom of the crockpot.
Lay the pork chops in the crockpot then place the covered veggies on top.
Turn on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
When finished, serve the smothered pork chops with rice or mashed potatoes.
