32ouncepotatoes(bag of frozen diced potatoes thawed)

Instructions
Before starting, allow the frozen potatoes to thaw. An easy way is to leave the package in the refrigerator overnight.
Now, slice the smoked sausage up. Add them to the crockpot along with the thawed potatoes.
Then, mix in the can of creamed chicken. It will seem like there isn't enough but once the potatoes cook down a little everything will be perfect like the photos.
Now, add the lid to the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours. You can cook on low but this isn't the best recipe for that because the ingredients are technically already cooked.
After 3 hours add the shredded cheese and allow an extra 30 minutes for the cheese to melt.
Lastly, give the crockpot sausage and potatoes one last stir and serve. Taste for salt.
