Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pound pork chops, bone in or boneless
  • 10 ounce cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 2 ounce velveeta cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First, combine the cream of chicken and the chicken broth. Then pour into the crockpot.
  • Next, slice the potatoes. You’ll want them diced small to fit the pork chops in the crockpot.
  • Add the pork chops and the diced potatoes into the crockpot. Mix everything together. There will be some pieces sticking up from the broth but that’s fine.
  • Place on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Stir the ingredients 2 or 3 times during the cooking process.
  • Lastly, the last hour add in the Velveeta cheese. Add black pepper to taste. Note, you’re welcome to add more salt to the taste but wait until the end because the ingredients have a lot of salt in them.
