Ingredients
 

  • 1.5-2 pound sirloin steak, cut into thick strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • First, slice the sirloin steak into thick slices. Then, add them to the crockpot.
  • Mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch together. Add the sliced vegetables to the crockpot then pour the sauce over everything.
  • Place on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. When finished, give it a good stir. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles, enjoy.
