Crockpot lemonade chicken is a mix of a juicy chicken breast in a sweet and tangy lemonade style sauce that is leave it and forget making this super easy.
To start, grab a bowl and add in the frozen lemonade concentrate, ketchup, brown sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar. Whisk all these ingredients together. The brown sugar may not melt down right away but that is fine.
Next, mix the water and cornstarch together. Now, in the crockpot add all the ingredients and mix everything together.
Remove the chicken from the package and pat it dry if needed. Add the chicken into the crockpot and cover. Cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 6 hours.
Once chicken is done garnish the bowl with slices of lemon and fresh parsley. Serve with a classic side dish such as rice but be sure to serve with the sauce. Optional, shred and chop the chicken breast.
