Crockpot hamburger soup is the perfect hearty soup made right in your slow cooker. Plenty of veggies, potatoes and loaded with flavor with little effort.
To start, you'll need to cook the ground beef on the stove top first. Do not season the ground beef.
Now, prepare all the veggies for the recipe.
In the crockpot, add the cooked ground beef, chopped veggies then pour in the broth and tomato sauce. Crumble the bouillon cubes over the soup then add in the Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together.
Cook the soup on high for 4 hours. The potatoes and veggies will cook in that time frame.
When finished give the soup a taste for salt before serving.
