Crockpot cream of mushroom chicken, perfect for an easy night dinner with jucicy chicken in a creamy cream of mushroom sauce that's leave it and forget it.
To start, remove the chicken from the packaging and pat dry if needed.
Now, in the crockpot add a can of cream of mushroom chicken then fill the can with water and pour that into the crockpot as well. Season the sauce with added salt, black pepper and thyme. Careful with the salt you can always add more later.
Then, add in the raw chicken. On top, place the mushrooms after you have washed them.
Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7-8 hours. At this point you can shred the chicken in a bowl then add it back into the crockpot.
Place the crockpot on warm and prepare to serve the crockpot cream of mushroom chicken.
