Ingredients
 

  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni, dry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (one 8 ounce block)
  • 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, turn on the crockpot on high.
  • Then, make the noodles on the stove top according to the directions on the package. If you'd like to cook the noodles in the crockpot click this recipe for those directions.
  • Once the noodles are done add them into the crockpot.
  • Next, add in the sour cream, cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. Give it a little mix then cover with the lid.
  • Come back in 30 minutes and mix in the evaporated milk and turn off the crockpot or place it on warm if serving a group.
  • At one hour, give the crockpot mac and cheese a stir and then serve. If the recipe looks dry, see the tips below.
