Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 15 ounce can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounce can of corn, drained & rinsed
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • First, brown the ground beef on the stove. You do not have to season it because the seasonings will be added later. Once the ground beef is cooked, add it to the crockpot.
  • Now, prep all the other ingredients and toss them into the crockpot. Mix everything together.
  • Then, turn the crockpot on high for 4 hours. This will allow time for the potatoes to cook.
  • When the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork the soup is done. Serve but be careful because it will be hot.
