The night before, add 1/2 cup of Italian dressing to the chicken breast. Allow them to marinate throughout the night.
When ready to cook, halve the baby potatoes. Toss the potatoes and green beans in 1/2 cup Italian dressing then add them to the crockpot. Try to section the crockpot so that each ingredient has its own space.
Sear the chicken or simply chop it into chunks then add it into the crockpot as well. You can add extra dressing across the top if you'd like.
Turn the crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. You do not need to add liquid because the juices will release from the veggies and the chicken as it starts to cook.
After the time is up, serve and enjoy. You may need to add salt and pepper to taste but from my experience the dressing does a good job at seasoning everything.
