Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie

Crockpot chicken pot pie is a super simple way to get great tasting chicken pot pie with ease. Toss everything in the crockpot and top with buttery biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pound chicken breast
  • 2 10 oz cream of chicken
  • 12-16 ounce mixed veggies frozen
  • 2 ribs celery minced
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Instructions

  • To start, add the chicken to the crockpot. Then, in a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom with the celery, mixed veggies and the seasoning.
  • Add this on top of the chicken and turn the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. You can also cook on high for 4 hours.
  • When the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken, chop and shred it then mxi it in with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Serve the chicken pot pie with a bread such as biscuits, cornbread or dinner rolls. I'll link a few in the post.
