Crockpot chicken fajitas are a great family dinner recipe or when having guest over. The chicken slow cooks with the veggies and spices with little work for you!
To start, place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
Then, slice up the bell peppers and onion then add those on top of the chicken. Mix together the seasoning mix and pour it across the top.
Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. You won't need to add water because the veggies will release water and the chicken. There will be more than enough at the end of the recipe.
When the chicken is finished cooking, it'll be fork tender. Shred the chicken and mix everything together so that the juices and the seasoning are even throughout the meal.
Lastly, serve with tortillas, fresh ingredients like tomato, salsa or even guacamole and enjoy.
