First, open the can of cream of chicken then pour into the crockpot. Then, add the chicken breast in. It's look like there needs to be more liquid but it's fine. The chicken will release its juices and the cream of chicken will get thinner as it heats.
Cover the slow cooker then cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
About 30 minutes before the chicken is done, cook the rice on the stove top according to the package instructions.
When the chicken is finished, chop or shred the chicken to your personal preference. Then, add the rice into the crockpot and mix the rice with the chicken juices and the cream of chicken.
Lastly, allow to cool a bit then serve.
