  • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or 8 oz block shredded)

  • First, pull the chicken from the bones and remove the skin. Roughly chop up the chicken. You'll need two pounds for this recipe of chopped chicken.
  • In the crockpot add the chopped chicken, room temp cream cheese, dressing, buffalo sauce and salt to taste. Mix everything together really well.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour.
  • After and hour add in the shedded cheese. It is best to shred your own but pre-shredded cheese can work for this recipe. Add in the shredded cheese then cover the crockpot for another 30 minutes. Taste for salt before serving but be careful it will be hot.
