Crockpot Baked Beans

Crockpot baked beans are a great side dish and they are super easy to make. Toss the beans in the slow cooker with a few special touches and let them cook themselves!

Ingredients

  • 28 ounce can of baked beans
  • 15 ounce can of kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounce can of white beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  • In the crockpot, add the baked beans, kidney beans and white beans.
  • Next, add in the ketchup, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and the diced onion. For extra flavor, you can sauté the onion if you'd like. It does make a difference.
  • Mix everything together well then turn the crockpot on high for 3 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Once everything is heated through the beans are cooked and ready to serve.
