To start, dice the onion and mince the garlic.
In a large pot on medium heat add a little oil then toss in the onions and garlic. Cook these until they are both fragrant and you start to see little brown bits in the pan.
Now, add in the flour and mix it in with the onions and garlic. Add a splash of chicken broth when the pan gets dry to help you cook the raw flavor from the flour.
Next, add in the frozen veggies and turkey. Then, pour in the rest of the chicken broth. Bring the pot to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes to soften the frozen veggies.
Once the veggies are done remove the pot from the heat and add in the heavy cream. Lastly, season with salt and pepper to your personal taste.
