First, season the pork chops with the listed spices and seasonings.
In a sauce pan or cast iron add a little oil on medium high heat. Sear each pork chop until browning. Do not try to cook them all the way through.
Next, when all the pork chops are seared remove them from the pan. Lower the heat to medium.
Add in garlic and sauté until browning. Next, you'll want to add the flour and cook the flour while trying to scrape up the bits left from the pork chops.
After a minute or two pour in the chicken broth. Then, pour in the heavy cream second.
Lower the heat again to low-medium and add the pork chops back in. Cover the pan and allow the pork chops to slowly finish cooking in the sauce as it thickens.
When the pork chops are fully cook you're done. Lastly, you'll want to add salt and pepper to taste in the cream sauce before serving.
