Cookie Butter Keto Fat Bomb

Keto fat bomb recipes are popular, but none cookie butter flavored as this one. A tasty, easy way to get fat in all under 2g net carbs! A copycat of the Trader Joe's cookie butter in a keto fat bomb version.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon brwon sugar alternative (I used this)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup nut butter (I used this)

Instructions
 

  • add ghee, butter, brown sugar alternative, and spices into a small pot and melt together
  • After they are melted add in your nut butter
  • In silicone baking cups add 1 tablespoon each for proper macros
  • Put in freezer for faster hardening or refrigerator and enjoy

Macros were made via My Fitness Pal under using all ingredients that are suggested. Changing the nut butter will provide much different results
