Ingredients
 

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream (sub coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cake batter extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid monk fruit

Mix ins

  • 1/2 serving Lily's Milk Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all dry ingedients into a mug or small bowl
  • Next, add wet ingredients on top then mix well with a spoon or knife
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Place in microwave for 90 seconds. Allow to cool then serve.

Helpful Recipe Tips

  • Dairy-free option when you swap out the sour cream for coconut cream.
  • This fits so many diets. You can use coconut sugar for a sweetener if you're paleo. If keto, I suggest using allulose for the sweetener topped off with liquid monk fruit.
