Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup banana, mashed 2-3 bananas
  • 6 tablespoon butter melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour 205g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Then, chop up the strawberries and mash up the bananas.
  • Grab the mashed up bananas and whisk in the egg, vanilla extract, butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, add in the flour and baking soda. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a lined load pan. Place in the oven for 45-55 minutes depending on your personal oven.
  • Remove from the oven once baked. Allow to cool fully before serving, or at least until it's slightly warm that way the chocolate is still gooey.
