  • 8x4 loaf pan

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup zucchini, shredded 1 zucchini or 180g
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and the shredded zucchini into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan then place into the oven for 50 minutes. More or less, the times will vary with each oven.
  • After the zucchini bread is done baking, allow to cool before slicing and serving.
