Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips and the shredded zucchini into the batter.
Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan then place into the oven for 50 minutes. More or less, the times will vary with each oven.
After the zucchini bread is done baking, allow to cool before slicing and serving.
