Ingredients

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breast

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Peppers & onion

  • 3 medium bell peppers, sliced (can use any combination of colors)
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced

Instructions

  • First, slice up the chicken breast into thin strips. Then mix the chicken with marinade provided and allow to sit while you prep the other ingredients.
  • Slice up the bell peppers and onions now. Then, mix together the sauce and set to the side.
  • Now, in a frying pan on medium-high heat add a little oil. Cook and sauté the chicken until fully cooked then remove from the pan. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • After the chicken is removed, toss in the peppers and onions. Cook until the veggies are soft.
  • Next, toss the cooked chicken back in the pour in the sauce and mix everything together as the sauce thickens. This will take less than 2 minutes to happen. Turn off the heat.
  • Plate the chicken with peppers and onions and serve over a bed of rice.
