First, cut up chicken breast. Slice down the middle the long way of the breast. Now, you'll have 2 pieces out of which was one breast. Cutting the short way, slice chicken into 1/4 inch slices. Thin but not too thin.
In a bowl toss in sliced chicken and toss in all ingredients for the marinade. Take you hand and mix everything up really well. Cover for 5-10 minutes. Make stir fry sauce by adding all ingredients together and set aside.
Cut broccoli florets from to stalk. Also if eating rice or noodles with stir fry, start them now.
Heat wok or frying pan on high heat. Add a little oil then toss in chicken. If using a pan do not crowd the chicken. Cook in batches instead.
Once chicken is done toss in broccoli. For broccoli tenderness see notes below before you start cooking.
Season broccoli with salt and pepper. Mix around then pour in stir fry sauce, immedieatly toss chicken back in
Turn heat off. Mix everything together and allow the flavors to work together while the pan cools.
