Ingredients
 

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

Instructions
 

  • To start, preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Next, remove the flatbread from the package. Next, spread a thin layer of basil pesto across the flatbread. Top with the shredded mozzarella then line the top with sliced tomatoes. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  • Remove from the oven when ready then top with balsamic glaze to taste and fresh basil.
