First, prep all the veggies before starting because the recipe moves fast. If you do not have a wok a sauce pan will work as well. Mix the sauce together and set to the side.
Now in the pan add a little oil and sauté the onions and carrots together. Once they are all soft and fragrant move to the next step.
Next, add in the cabbage. Because it's so thin it will cook extremely fast.
Then, once the cabbage has withered add in the cold, leftover rice. Add a little oil then cook the rice for a little to reheat it, about 2-3 minutes. Now, add in the sauce.
Mix everything together within the sauce.
Lastly, taste for seasoning. You may want to add more salt or soy sauce for your personal taste.
