Preheat the oven to 400F. Slice the bread and drizzle olive oil on the slices and spread them out.
Cook the bread until it starts to get golden and toasty. Add the sliced cheese as soon as it comes from the oven to the slices.
In a large bowl, halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the basil. Then toss in them both in olive oil and add salt and black pepper to taste.
On top of the cheese, place the tomato basil mix. Plate them in an arrangement then drizzle the balsamic glaze across each piece of toast. Enjoy.
