Ingredients
 

  • 4 bone-in pork chops

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Brown sugar glaze

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • First, season the pork chops with the listed spice rub. Then, in  a small bowl mix together the brown sugar sauce.
  • In a frying pan on medium-high heat, sear the pork chops then remove them once they have a golden color to them.
  • Lower the heat to low then pour in the brown sugar mix. Stir the mix then quickly add back in the pork chops.
  • Cover the pan then allow the sauce to simmer on low while cooking the pork chops all the way through.
  • Lastly, when the pork chops are finished, remove from heat. Allow to cool a bit before serving.
