Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup rolled old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • To start, preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Then, mash up the bananas and measure out 3/4 cup. This is about 2-2.5 bananas depending on the size. Mix the peanut butter and the bananas together.
  • Next, add in the sugar, cinnamon, salt then lastly add in the oats and the blueberries.
  • Take a cookie scoop and place the cookie on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. You'll need to mash them down or leave them as is. I have even experimented with double scooping them for thicker cookies. But, with a normal cookie scoop you can get about 18 cookies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Remove them from the oven and allow them to completely cool to avoid them falling apart while trying to handle them.
