Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 2 21 ounce cans of blueberry pie filling
  • 1 box of cake mix (yellow or vanilla)
  • 12 tablespoon butter, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • In a baking pan, empty out both cans of pie filling or use the recipe I provided for your own filling.
  • Then, sprinkle the cake mix across the top of the filling. Next, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix across the cake mix. After that, take thin slices of butter and place it across the entire top. Try to make it as even as possible to prevent dry spots. But, sometimes they happen.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, this is where the top gets crispy.
  • Once cooled, serve with ice cream and enjoy!
