Super easy Bisquick blueberry muffins and all you need is a few ingredients. Using Bisquick makes the recipe easier but you still get fluffy , flavorful muffins with the little effort.
Now, in a bowl whisk the egg, milk and vegetable oil together. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick mix with the granulated sugar. Combine the dry and wet then fold in the blueberries.
In a 12-count muffin tin lined drop the batter in each until about 3/4 of the way. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden, risen and a toothpick could be inserted and come out clean.
Allow to cool at least until warm before serving, then enjoy.
