Bisquick Blueberry Muffins

Super easy Bisquick blueberry muffins and all you need is a few ingredients. Using Bisquick makes the recipe easier but you still get fluffy , flavorful muffins with the little effort.

Equipment

  • 12-count muffin pan
  • muffin/cupcake liners

Ingredients

  • 2 cup bisquick mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Fist, preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Now, in a bowl whisk the egg, milk and vegetable oil together. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick mix with the granulated sugar. Combine the dry and wet then fold in the blueberries.
  • In a 12-count muffin tin lined drop the batter in each until about 3/4 of the way. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden, risen and a toothpick could be inserted and come out clean.
  • Allow to cool at least until warm before serving, then enjoy.
