Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cup bisquick
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 2 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • In a bowl, smash the banana, then whisk in the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and lastly the sugar. Now, mix in the bisquick into the wet ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan. Place into the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes depending on the oven.
  • When it's finish, the top will be golden and you can put a toothpick in the center and it come out clean. Remove from the oven when ready and allow to cool before slicing.
  • Once cooled, slice the banana bread and enjoy.
