Preheat the oven to 425℉.
In a skillet or frying pan, cook the sausage completely then set aside.
In the baking dish, like the biscuits then press them down into the pan and close the creases with your thumbs. An example of this is below in the photo.
In a bowl, combine the eggs and sour cream. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mix across the biscuits then sprinkle the cooked sausage over the baking dish. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
While baking, make the gravy according to the package instructions on the stove top.
When the casserole is done cooking, remove it from the oven. Spread the gravy across the top of the casserole then allow the casserole to cool before serving, enjoy.
