Big Mac sliders are a fun and homemade way to enjoy the classic burger. A fun-sized version featuring American cheese, pickles, onion and the special sauce in a buttery Hawaiian dinner roll topped with sesame seeds. Perfect for game day, grilling season, holidays or any day is perfect to enjoy these sliders!
Mix all the ingredients together for the sauce and set to the side.
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Brown the ground beef on the stove top and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Slice the dinner rolls in half to create a top and bottom but do not separate the dinner rolls. Place the top half to the side and layer the bottom half with the slices of cheese. Next, place the browned hamburger on top of the cheese.
Add the top half bun onto the sliders. Brush the top with the melted butter then sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Place the sliders in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the buns have toasted.
Remove from the oven and carefully remove the top, be careful it'll be hot. Now, add the lettuce, onions, pickles to the sliders and finish it off with the sauce. Place the top bun back on and you're ready to serve the sliders.
