Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup banana, mashed 2-3 bananas
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour 205g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Using a bowl to mash the bananas, whisk in the egg into the bananas. Next, add in the butter, sugars and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, pour in the flour, baking soda, salt and the cinnamon. Now, combine the dry and wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the oats then pour the batter into a lined loaf pan. Place the pan into the oven and bake 50 minutes or until the bread is finished cooking.
  • Allow the banana oat bread to fully cool before slicing then serving.
