Preheat the oven to 350℉
To start, make the seasoning rub for the turkey wings. There will be extra but you will use all of it.
Next, remove the turkey wings from the package and pat them dry if needed. You do not need to rub them with oil for the seasoning to stick.
Cover the turkey wings heavy in the seasoning. Any seasoning remaining or falls off the turkey wings save it for later.
In a 16x9 baking dish, layer sliced onions and bell peppers. Next, any leftover seasoning sprinkle over those veggies.
Lay turkey wings on top of the sliced vegetables. Then, pour in the chicken broth. Stop pouring just under the tops of the turkey wings to avoid washing away the seasoning. Cover the baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours then remove the covering and bake for another 30 minutes to one hour. The turkey is done you are just browning the tops a little more.
Remove from oven and allow it to cool before serving.
