These baked turkey meatballs are a breeze to make and perfect for dinner or an appetizer. And you probably have everything needed in the kitchen right now!
First in a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs.
Now, cover the bowl then allow to sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. This will give the breadcrumbs time to do their thing and the meatballs will hold up nicely when making them.
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Remove the meatballs from the fridge and roll them out by hand. I normally make them golf ball sizes.
Place on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes. They will cook very fast due to their size. Once done, remove them from the oven and serve. They will be hot but they will also cool very quickly.
