Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Taking the hamburger that was sitting and form into patties. You should easily get 6 to 8 patties. Once formed, sprinkle them with the flour, you don't need a lot on each patty.
Heat of a frying pan and add a little oil on medium high heat. Sear the patties for a few minutes on both sides to give them so browning. Do not try to cook them all the way through, just sear the 2 sides.
When finished searing, place the patties in the baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom and milk. Now, pour the sauce over the seared hamburger patties.
Cover the dish with foil then bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the patties and how well you want them cooked.
Once done cooking, remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil because there will be steam underneath. Garnish with the parsley before serving once it's cooled, enjoy.
