To start, pat the salmon dry and slice into small bites. In some stores you can buy the salmon already cut into bites.
In a bowl add the seasoning mix together. Now, drizzle the oil across the same then pour the seasoning on top and toss everything together.
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉
When the air fryer is up to temperature add the salmon bites to the basket and be sure not to crowd them. I was able to fit my pound in the air fryer with no issues. If there is skin place the skin side up first.
Air fryer for 5 minutes then flip the salmon or simply give the basket a good shake. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon is done.
Allow to cool a little but no more than 3 minutes or so because fish gets cold really quickly.
