Air fryer radishes are super tasty and easy way to sneak in some veggies with little time needed. I even toss in my special garlic parmesan coating for extra flavor!
To start, if you aren’t using cut radishes, remove the stem then cut them in half. Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Next, toss the radishes in a little oil (about 1 TB) then sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Place them in the preheated air fryer for 14 minutes and shake the basket halfway through.
While the radishes are cooking, on the stove top, melt the butter and slightly cook the minced garlic on a medium heat. After browning, remove from heat.
When the air fryer radishes are done, place them in a bowl then pour the butter and garlic on top. Toss them around a bit then sprinkle in the parmesan cheese.
Lastly, taste for salt then serve.
