Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

Air fryer pumpkin seeds are a quick way to roast those extra seeds leftover when carving pumpkins. Top them with a fall inspired seasoning for everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Fall Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • After you have cleaned the pumpkin seeds and allowed them to dry a little, preheat the air fryer to 360℉.
  • Oil the pumpkin seeds then add them into the air fryer basket. Air fry the seeds for 10 minutes and remove then shake the air fryer basket at the 5 minute mark.
  • At this point, if you are using my seasoning or only salt you want to remove the seeds. Add oil then toss them in the seasoning and replace in the air fryer for 5 minutes to finish cooking the seeds.
  • Lastly, allow the seeds to cool a bit then snack and enjoy!
