To start, cook the bacon then chop into pieces. Now, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, gruyere, cornstarch, salt and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth.
Grab some silicone baking cups then fill them about 3/4 up to the top.
Preheat the air fryer to 290℉.
Place the cups in the air fryer then sprinkle the crumbled bacon across the tops. Air fry for 12 minutes.
Once they are done, allow them to cool a bit before serving.
