Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4 serving

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce lump crab meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • To start, you'll want to mix all of the ingredients for the crab cakes together. Cover the bowl then allow the mix to sit for about 15 minutes. This allows the breadcrumbs to bring everything together.
  • After the 15 minutes are up, form the crab cakes by hand. About the size of your palm and about 1 inch thick. With this recipe you should get about 4-5 cakes give or take.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375℉.
  • Once the air fryer is heated, add in the formed crab cakes. Cook for 8-10 minutes and carefully flip them halfway through.
  • They are done cooking once they have the golden color you see in the photos.
