First, slice up the chicken breast into large chunks. Then, set up some stations to bread the chicken. You'll need an egg wash and a flouring station.
Dip the chicken into the egg wash and wipe off any excess. Next coat the chicken in the seasoned flour. Set the coated chicken on a plate and allow the flour to absorb the egg while you finish with the others.
Next, preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Before adding into the air fryer basket, spray the breaded chicken with the vegetable oil. This makes a huge difference, do not skip if possible. Now, place the chicken in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes and flipping the chicken halfway through the cook. The time will vary off of how big or small your chunks are.
When they are finished, quickly toss them in your favorite soft and enjoy. Eat them quickly to enjoy the crispiness.
