Ingredients
 

  • 2 pound boneless chicken thighs

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • First, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade. Place the chicken thighs in a container or plastic bag, pour the marinade on top and allow it to sit for at least an hour before cooking. You can also allow them to marinate overnight or during the day.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380℉.
  • Now, take the boneless chicken thighs from the marinade and straight into the air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes and flip them at the 10 minute mark.
  • Keep an eye on them because the sugars in the marinade will char adding a delicious flavor but if pushed too far they can burn. Around the 15 minute mark of cooking check on the thighs and gauge how much time they need.
  • Once done cooking, allow to cool a bit then serve and enjoy.
