Crack two eggs in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper and whisk.
Turn skillet on a medium to low heat. The skillet should be hot enough to melt the butter. If butter is melting slowly turn the heat up some.Pour beaten egg in skillet. Allow the egg to form at the bottom as in video below.
Once most of the uncooked egg is gone add your ingredients down the middle.
Fold the egg over in the pan or do one flip such as in the photos. Then serve.

Helpful Recipe Tips
Avoid having you heat too high or too low.
If heat is too high your egg will burn at the bottom long before the rest of the egg can cook into the keto omelette.
When temperature is too low the egg won't fluff properly for you to lift it off the pan easily. This also applies if the pan isn't fully buttered.
Makes sure you swirl the beaten egg in the pan. This helps your omelette cook evenly.
