Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomato, halved
  • 2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • First, prepare the bacon. If you are making a blue cheese dressing from home I recommend you do it the day before. This will give the flavors time to work together.
  • Next, slice the brown stem at the bottom of the iceberg lettuce, you won't need this. Then, slice the head of lettuce into quarters.

  • Serve immediately. Each ingredient can easily be divided by 4 to give you 4 servings in this recipe.
