Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
Strawberry cake mix cookies are simple 3 ingredients cookies when the sweet tooth strikes and you want a simple and fast treat.
Ingredients
- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil and the eggs.
- Spray a cookie scoop with cooking spray then scoop the cookies onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 9-11 minutes, the cookies will spread and crinkle. They will be done without brown edges so keep an eye on them.
- Allow the cookies to cool before serving then enjoy.
